MISSION STATEMENT

To improve the quality of housing for low-to-moderate income persons by way of area development, redevelopment or renewal, and to impact the overall quality of life in Darlington County through other neighborhood or community benefit activities such as child day care, economic development, adult day care and a teen life center.
